Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse, storage issues, or failure to follow directions
- Change of mind purchases
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
